Richard’s career spans education, health clubs and recruitment, including tenures at one of the world’s largest recruitment firms as well as high growth entrepreneurial startups. His multijurisdictional experience has supported teams to navigate diverse market landscapes, enabling them to grow, scale and refine their operating frameworks.
In his role as COO, Richard’s mission is to lead portfolio partners through the transition from startup to industry leading excellence. By applying his expertise in human development and strategic coaching, he supports business owners to identify untapped potential and implement the leadership strategies required to achieve sustained high value growth.
