He has launched and scaled his own recruitment business, achieving a seven-figure sale & exit, and he brings extensive experience in launching & building recruitment desks, divisions, offices and businesses.
During his career in recruitment (before switching his focus into the investment arena in 2018) Gareth lived and worked in London, Hong Kong, Singapore and Sydney. He placed candidates across global markets including Asia, Europe, the Middle East and the United States.
As Chief Investment Officer at Four Pillars Group, Gareth leads the investment strategy and focuses on identifying, assessing and securing accretive recruitment businesses/founders to expand the Four Pillars Group Investments portfolio.
